Fire Small Hearth Sunstone Citrine

Important Notes & Disclaimer

Natural Materials

Each FANFOYU bracelet is made with natural gemstone or other natural materials. Because natural materials are formed individually, each piece may vary slightly in color, tone, transparency, pattern, inclusions, texture, and overall appearance.

These natural differences are part of the character and beauty of each piece and are not considered defects.

Size & Measurement

Measurements are taken manually and may have a small margin of variation.

Please use the measurements provided on each product page as a reference when choosing your bracelet. Actual fit may vary slightly depending on wrist shape, bracelet structure, and individual preference.

Color Difference

The appearance of natural materials may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography conditions, and individual screen settings.

The actual product may therefore look slightly different from the images shown online.

Product Care

To help preserve the appearance of your bracelet, we recommend removing it before sleeping, bathing, swimming, exercising, or engaging in activities involving prolonged contact with water.

Avoid unnecessary exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, and harsh cleaning products.

Natural Variation

Small variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, and surface character are natural characteristics of gemstone and other natural materials.

Each piece is therefore unique, and the bracelet you receive may not look exactly identical to the product images shown online.

Product Issues

Natural variations are not considered defects.

However, if your order arrives with a broken bead, missing component, detached part, unsafe sharp edge, incorrect item, or another significant issue that differs from the product description, please contact FANFOYU Customer Care as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue and assist you.
