Product Care

To help preserve the appearance of your bracelet, we recommend removing it before sleeping, bathing, swimming, exercising, or engaging in activities involving prolonged contact with water.

Avoid unnecessary exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, and harsh cleaning products.

However, if your order arrives with a broken bead, missing component, detached part, unsafe sharp edge, incorrect item, or another significant issue that differs from the product description, please contact FANFOYU Customer Care as soon as possible.

Free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more

Free standard shipping applies when your merchandise subtotal reaches $100 USD after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees. This offer applies to all destinations we currently ship to. The eligible shipping charge is waived automatically at checkout; no code is needed.

Delivery destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European countries. Shipping availability is confirmed when you enter your delivery address at checkout.

The applicable rate is shown at checkout based on destination and package weight. For assistance with an order outside the listed weight ranges, contact support@fanfoyu.com.

Delivery & tracking

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days from placing your order, including processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier conditions, holidays, or weather. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Please email support@fanfoyu.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Contact customer service for the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs. If we confirm that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, FANFOYU will cover the return shipping cost and provide instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This does not affect your applicable statutory rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@fanfoyu.com.
